Mrs. Ballou is a graduate from Washington State University, as well as the International Air and Hospitality Academy. She has obtained multiple degrees; including her B.S. in Psychology, B.A. in Human Development, Certification in Human Services/Case Management, and Certification in Hospitality Management. In addition to academics, she has spent over 20 years working in the field of teaching. She has taught special education (high school and elementary school), dance classes (ages 2-82), worked as a pediatric therapy assistant, and was a director for children's ministry. Mrs. Ballou is beyond excited to explore the world of learning, with all of her preschool students!
